Redress, together with global logistics leader and Redress Design Award 2025 Platinum Sponsor, DHL, invited our Redress Alumni budding fashion brands along with other Hong Kong SMEs to a clinic-style workshop packed with real-world insights and practical strategies for international growth through online retail. The workshop covered practical tools for scaling sustainably and efficiently, with tailored advice from industry experts, including Redress alum Angus Tsui and Julian Tsoi, Director, Marketing Communications and Direct Sales, DHL Express Hong Kong. Working directly with SME owners on their organisational challenges, they shared insights such as prioritising an appealing online shopping experience that clearly outlined available shipping options in order to captivate consumers.
Angus Tsui was the winner of the Redress Design Award 2024 DHL GoGreen Plus Alumni Prize, which challenged designers to upcycle retired DHL uniforms into fashion accessories to extend the life of the garments. Angus’ upcycled designs — the DHL Voyager Shoulder Bag, Versatile Sling Bag, and Journeyer Wallet — are now available for purchase, with all profits donated to Redress to support the next generation of designers to address fashion’s environmental challenges.
Thank you to Soho House Hong Kong for the generous provision of your venue where we hosted this event on Thursday, 6 November 2025.
