参赛者协议
- 申请人确认他们完全符合以下所有入选要求:

- 在递交报名表时，持有效身份证/护照/签证/居留许可
- 在递交报名表时，已年满18岁或以上 （2025年3月14日前）
在递交报名表时，是一位拥有少于四年专业时装设计的全职、兼职或自由工作经验
- 申请人确认在递交报名表时，他们不是Redress雇员，亦没有直系家属受聘于Redress、出任本次比赛的中介人、评审委员或顾问。
- 申请人同意 Redress 所有指定期限和要求，及理解任何迟交或无效的设计作品将不被接纳。
- 申请人明白，若无法在时限内完成和未能达到标准、质量与入选要求和/或其他种种原因，Redress将随时取消他们的参赛资格并保留最终决定权。
- 申请人确认提交的所有作品均属原创，并由自己亲手创作总决赛服装系列。申请人明白若总决赛作品被指控抄袭，或涉及任何版权或第三方发生任何与知识产权相关的问题，Redress将不承担任何责任。申请人要承担全部责任，并须就任何损失和/或损害赔偿Redress。同时，申请人同意若不符合上述条款的情况下，他们的参赛及嬴取奖品的资格将会被取消。
- 申请人确认评审团和Redress所作出的决定都是最终决定，亦确认Redress雇员和评审团将不会就评审的任何事项与申请人作争议或评论。
- 申请人明白并同意 Redress 可随时使用所有由他们提交的「Redress 设计大赛」赛作品、与参赛系列相关的照片及访问，以作推广、市场营销和展出，并无须得到本人事先同意。
- 申请人明白在今年「Redress 设计大赛」前或于比赛任何阶段，正接受调查、被指控或已触犯任何种类的刑事罪行，均将被取消资格。
- 申请人明白如被发现有违反本协议所列出的条款及细则，Redress有权在比赛任何阶段限制，拒绝或撤回申请人的参赛资格。
- 申请人明白Redress将不承担在比赛期间的任何个人受伤、死亡及损失，包括在他们在港或过境到港期间的损失。
- 申请人明白，与任何雇佣合同或其他合同有关的任何损失和/或损害，Redress 将不承担任何责任。 一切因入围今年「Redress 设计大赛」而产生的任何冲突，仅由申请人负责。
- 申请人明白 Redress 将所有关于申请人的个人资料保密。 除非事前获得申请人的同意，否则他们的个人联系方法将仅用于今年 「Redress 设计大赛」 以及与 Redress 相关的事宜。
- 申请人明白Redress代表可能会接受媒体采访，并在总决赛期间或结束后表达他们对申请人的意见。
- 申请人了解Redress致力于消除一切形式的歧视，以确保总决赛者没有因年龄、肤色、残疾、性别、性取向、婚姻、民事伙伴关系、国籍、民族或族裔、政治、种族、宗教或信仰而受到不公平对待。
- 申请人明白 Redress 有权更改或取消预定日期。
- 申请人明白 Redress 有权更改奖品，恕不另行通知。
- 申请人明白 Redress 可能会接受或取消任何申请者资格，全权酌情决定。
- 申请人明白 Redress 有权单方面增加和或更改比赛规则，而申请人在任何时候均须遵守及服从这些规则。
- 申请人明白，如被发现违反”参赛条款和细则” ，他们有责任赔偿Redress及其联属公司（包括但不限于赞助商、评审委员、活动大使、比赛顾问、支持机构）的一切损失和/或损害，连同Redress的法律费用。
- 申请人确认他们在比赛期间所提供的细节均属真实和正确。
- 总决赛者明白他们是拥有五套参赛系列的设计与成衣版权，亦知道Redress不能出售其设计和/或成衣。但对于其设计和成衣涉及抄袭、版权问题或知识产权问题，Redress将不承担任何责任。同时他们也理解，对于总决赛者提交的作品，被指控抄袭，或涉及任何版权或第三方发生任何与知识产权相关的问题，Redress亦将不承担任何责任。总决赛者要承担全部责任，并须就任何损失或损害赔偿Redress。同时，总决赛者在这种情况下，他们的参赛及嬴取奖品的资格将会被取消。
- 总决赛者承诺将在2025年8月底或9月上旬（10天）前往香港，并且他们持有有效的旅行证件。 所有总决赛者明白Redress 将负责总决赛者的旅游及住宿费用，包括：香港往返机票，来港签证（如有需要），香港机场接送，酒店住宿（房间以共享形式安排），每日三餐，以及在香港期间往返比赛和活动场地的交通安排之费用。
- 所有总决赛者明白如需办签证来港，必自行负责签证的申请。总决赛者明白 Redress 会提供协助，但无法百分百担保签证申请必定成功。如被拒绝入境而无法出席，他们的参赛系列将继续在总决赛日中展出。
- 总决赛者了解旅程须交由Redress安排，并全权处理旅游选择，包括直飞航班及承运航空公司。
- 总决赛者明白Redress将不负责个人旅游或医疗保险相关费用，以及他们访港或比赛期间的任何持续或新的医疗费用。总决赛者必须在行程开始前证明他们在整个访港期间拥有足够与有效的旅游医疗保险。所有个人旅行费用由总决赛者负担。
- 总决赛者确认他们会遵守Redress所有指示，及出席Redress在香港以及另一个亚洲城市（待定）安排的所有活动、工作坊、挑战以及参观活动，包括但不限于预赛评审、时装表演彩排、设计挑战、视频拍摄、与本地及国际媒体代表进行媒体访问与拍摄、网上媒体访问、工作坊、研讨会、总决赛日、赛后祝捷派对和所有社交活动。
- 在香港参加”Redress设计大赛”总决赛周期间的活动，总决赛者是同意参与拍摄和接受访问。另外，如Redress要求的话，总决赛者亦同意摄制人员到其家乡拍摄个人制作参赛系列的过程。
- 总决赛者明白Redress拥有在时尚拍摄、总决赛及展览中所有创意及艺术方向的决定权，包括造型、化妆、发型、模特儿、音乐、摄影及录像。
- 總決賽者明白一旦贏得獎項，可包括但不限於大獎及優異獎獎項，均須遵守所有列明在獎項專頁上的條件和時間表，亦同意遵從這些計劃時間表。
- 总决赛者明白，Redress拥有涉及总决赛者和其参赛系列于比赛期间的照片与录像之版权。 Redress是有权并无限制地使用和复制上述材料，以作推广、市场营销，以及获得赞助和供比赛单位使用。总决赛者亦了解在任何阶段下，无人须支付他们任何版权费用。
- 总决赛者明白 Redress 有权保留他们其中两套实体，并用作赛后教育和宣传用途，可包括但不限于展览、时尙拍摄、教育活动和市场营销等。 Redress 亦会按上述用途而选择保留其中两套实体服装。另外，总决赛者知道若 Redress 在赛后展出其服装成品时，将显示总决赛者的名字。
- 总决赛者明白若在比赛期间和作赛后，作品遭受任何损坏或损失，Redress均不负责。
- 「Redress 设计大赛 ─ 参赛条款和细则」协议书的中文版本仅供参考，如中英文版本有差异之处，以英文版本为准。
个人资料收集声明
Your privacy is important to Redress Limited (“Company”).
As an applicant for and/or a participant in “The Redress Design Award” (“Competition”), the Company may receive personal data and will need to collect personal data from you and about you. The type of information that may be collected includes (but is not limited to):
- Name, email address, postal address, telephone number;
- Date of birth, age, nationality, gender;
- Other contact details, social media accounts, and photograph;
- CV-based information such as qualifications, employment history, educational history and awards;
- Details of your designs, artwork, drawing, and portfolio; and
- Any other information that you provide to the Company.
The purposes for which the Company collects this data is for use concerning your application and participation in the Competition, and/or for administration, management, reporting, and implementation of the Competition as well as for handling any dispute, litigation, investigation, proceedings, or enquiry. Furthermore, with your consent, we may use your name, telephone number, email address, and postal address to provide you with information which we think may interest you. In this regard, the Company may provide your Marketing Data to our business partners ArtsThread and Bloomsbury Publishing, who may provide promotional information to you; and the Company may receive compensation or other benefits in exchange. Such promotional information may relate to goods and services in the following lines of businesses: fashion and design.
The Company may from time to time transfer your personal data to the following classes of persons (within or outside Hong Kong):
- judging panel of the Competition and the relevant persons or entities in connection with the organisation, administration, and running of the Competition;
- third-party service providers which the Company engages in relation to the Competition, or engages to perform the functions listed above on the Company’s behalf, including but not limited to the Company’s marketing, application processing service providers and auditors; and
- anyone you authorise.
The above classes of persons are situated in Hong Kong as well as in locations where the Company has connections or operations, where the persons in the judging panel of the competition are located and where personnel and data processing agents may perform duties for the Company. However, in some of these locations, there may not be in place data protection laws which are substantially similar to, or serve the same purpose as, the data protection law in Hong Kong.
The Company will indicate whether it is mandatory or voluntary for you to provide certain types of personal data. If you do not provide complete and accurate personal data which are mandatory, there may be potentially serious consequences for you and, depending on the circumstances, the Company may not process your application for the Competition, terminate your eligibility to participate in the Competition, or withdraw any award granted in the Competition.
To the extent applicable law allows, you may request access to, and correction of, your personal data held by the Company. If you provide personal data about other individuals, you must obtain their valid consent and ensure those personal data are accurate under law prior to disclosing them to us.
