Jana’s Redress Design Award collection, ‘Catch You On The Flip Side’, is an homage to the designer’s late uncle who loved to travel. With Turkey being one of his favourite places, Jana draws inspiration from its intricate architecture, vibrant interiors, and culture. The collection is designed for recyclability and low waste with mono and natural fibres sourced from designer deadstock and local fabric shops’ leftover offcuts, including handwoven textiles from the Philippines. Versatile looks inspire longevity, such as a top with a detachable collar, a reversible jacket, and trousers convertible to shorts.
